Sit idle in the garden with a cup of tea. Breathe in the air. Listen to the sounds of life — it’s all teaching you presence.
I am an Executive and Life Coach, a Yoga Acharya, and above all, a seeker. My journey began with a quiet curiosity — to understand how awareness can transform not just how we live, but how we lead.
Yoga entered my life as a whisper of peace, and coaching became its echo. Over time, I discovered that both are sacred paths to the same truth — awareness, acceptance, and alignment.
As an International Coaching Federation – Professional Certified Coach (ICF-PCC) Certified Coach, European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) Senior Practitioner, Wellbeing and PSQ Coach, and Sivananda Yoga Acharya (500 RYT), I guide individuals and leaders to cultivate balance — between doing and being, striving and surrendering.
At Evolve with Ranu Mishra, we create space for reflection, healing, and transformation — so you can reconnect with your true rhythm and lead a life of clarity, calm, and conscious action.
I’ve always believed that the rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind, and the harmony of the soul create the symphony of life.
Slow down for just a second. This is where clarity lives—right here, in the breath you’re taking.
Breathe. You’re exactly where you need to be.

Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass…
It’s learning to dance in the rain.
Every transformation begins with a single mindful step.
If you feel called to slow down, listen inward, and evolve — let’s begin this journey together.
I was always into the gym and honestly thought yoga was too slow, maybe even “not for boys,” since we’re so used to the fast pace, heavy music, and weights. Then I did a trial class with Ranu, only to realize how much I was missing. Couldn’t have found a better teacher to introduce me to yoga—she made me understand that balance is what I truly needed, both in my workouts and in life. Yoga has helped me reach areas of my body and mind that the gym never touched—improving flexibility, focus, breath control, and even recovery. Now it’s a tri-weekly part of my fitness routine, keeping me stronger, calmer, and more centered than ever before. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for strength, balance, and calm together.

I have been practicing Pranayama with my teacher Ranu Mishra for the last 5 years. Its been a progressive journey for me in terms of my body , breath and the mind. Staying calm in most of the situations, not to enter panic mode, increase in the lung capacity, keeping my BP in control, setting aside time for myself to breath during the practice and improving my awareness inside and in outside situations have really played a role in improving my health. Pranayama has become a part of my lifestyle and a disciplinary practice without which I feel incomplete. Thank you, Ranu for helping me to progress in my journey towards good health

I've been consistent in the Pranayam class for five years plus now and definitely look forward to Mondays and Thursdays which is when we have our bi-weekly online classes. The older one gets, the more one seeks a few minutes of calm, which Pranayam offers, in an increasingly turbulent world. The sessions are crammed between my own classes online, where I teach 200 + students on a weekly basis. So it is relaxing for me to be instructed instead of instructing. I often feel so relaxed that I have to stop myself from dozing off... sometimes, I can also feel my lungs getting cleansed and I feel lighter after each session.

Ranu has been a wonderful guide in my pranayama journey. I knew I was a shallow breather and wanted to deepen it, so when I found out she was conducting classes, I joined right away. What I love most is her no-frill approach - straight into the guided session, ending beautifully every time. In just two months, I already feel my lung capacity improving. I wholeheartedly recommend her sessions!

Amidst the information influx from innumerable sources, slowing down oneself feels challenging. Flickering attention and anxiety followed me because of it. I have been practising Pranayam for almost a year now. It helps render a state of clarity and calm. To be able to remember to breathe right in difficult moments, feels like a battle won. My personal favourite is Brahmari which makes me feel like there is an ethereal halo around me that has the power to fort myself from negative energy.

Yoga came into my life when I was the most unhealthy physically and demotivated mentally. No sooner yoga had worked on me mentally and physically then I discovered the real self. It was not easy to follow the practice at start with so many demotivating factors which I was able to overcome only because of good yoga teacher- Ranu Mishra. She is exceptionally good in her practices and her positive aura keeps one motivated all the time. It would be completely fair if I say she is not only the best yoga guru I have seen but also the best human being I have ever met. Just thanking her would not be enough for changing me and making me a more beautiful person inside out. Wishing her best always.

Thank you Ranu for brining Yoga into my life, as I now understand the true meaning of strength. I am not an early riser and Yoga is the only the second thing which can wake me up early morning, first being cricket. Ranu, to me is a perfect Guru because she practices what she preaches and inspires you to do better every day. My only wish is, someday I can do Yoga even half as good as her !

After having avoided yoga for many years, thinking it was for people who wanted to take an easy route to exercise and not toil in the gym, I finally took the plunge post a chronic lower back pain. The first class of Ranu, my teacher, that my family attended was itself an eye opener for me to know how helpful yoga can be. Sunce then I have been regular and it has helped me to reach to such flexibility which I thought was never possible especially after having crossed the 40s age. The relief and flexibility it brought to my muscles made my lower back pain ease out and disappear. Yoga at times can be more demanding than doing heavy weights in the gym. However, Ranu makes the session very interesting and makes one go beyond one’s limit with ease. My entire family has immensely benefited since past 2 years since we started. In the interest of well-being for all will definitely recommend yoga especially under the expert and encouraging guidance of Ranu.

We have been having Mrs. Ranu as our teacher for a little over two years. She teaches me, my wife and two daughters aged 14 & 18. So like a family doctor we have a family yoga teacher who knows our body structure, our temperaments and our strengths and weaknesses. Mrs. Ranu takes this into account and with her gentle and firm nudges and persuasion, I guess we are all healthier than before. Every session has three distinct legs – pranayama, surya namaskar and then the various poses. - Personally I had lot of issues like a very stiff body type and an injured back but thanks to yoga regimen taught by Mrs. Ranu it definitely looks like a thing of the past. - If you want to inculcate the practice of yoga in your family, your search for a good teacher ends here.

I have not had any breathing problems during my stay. The house is on a small hill. When I go for my walks , have to climb steep heights throughout. But have been able to manage pretty well . Had cough and cold and fever only one time in the last 5 years. Now I am 75 years old. I have built good immunity Fighting Fit, that's what I am now.
